Poroshenko's headquarters is preparing for disaster
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will try to be elected to the Verkhovna Rada in the fall if he loses in the presidential elections, which will be held on March 31.
A source in the election headquarters of the current president told Ukrainskaya Pravda about this.

“Peter is not the kind of person who will just up and disappear. Compared to others, he is quite young and he still has ambitions that he will not give up,” the publication’s interlocutor said.
It is indicated that Poroshenko plans, in case of defeat, to go to the parliamentary elections as the first number of the party “Petro Poroshenko Bloc “Solidarity”. True, the party will be renamed before this, removing the mention of Petro Poroshenko from the name and only “Solidarity” will remain.
Those around the president say that the most undesirable option for him would be to lose in the first round.
“It will be more painful to lose in the first round. This means that everyone needs to pack their bags and go on a long vacation due to incompetence. It’s unpleasant to lose in the second round, but losing in the first round will be simply a disaster,” said one of Poroshenko’s staff members.
