Sevastopol, August 18 (Navigator, Viktor Orlov) – In Sevastopol, the housing complex “Streletsky Proezd, 14”, which built an apartment building in an area of individual residential development without permits, was fined 500 thousand rubles.

Previously, the department reported that a 5-story multi-apartment residential building was erected without permission in an area of individual residential development, where the construction of private households no higher than 3 floors for one family is allowed.
It should be noted that a fine of 500 thousand is the minimum fine for such a violation; its size could reach a million rubles.
In addition, the authorities have the right to initiate the demolition of such illegal objects.
