Sevastopol, May 31 (Navigator, Egor Kagorov) – Rosreestr and cadastre authorities have started working in Sevastopol. Realtors predict a boom in the secondary real estate market. From now on, any apartment owner can officially register their ownership rights within the framework of Russian laws.

This was announced by Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Alexander Svechnikov.
“On May 30, 2014, at 15:2 in the city of Sevastopol at st. Lenina, XNUMX, the opening of Rosreestr for the city of Sevastopol and a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr for the city of Sevastopol took place. They carry out the functions of registering real estate objects with the state cadastral register and state registration of rights. From the moment of opening, we began accepting documents for registration of residential premises in apartment buildings and apartments with the state cadastral register,” the official said.
As reported in one of the real estate offices of Sevastopol, the start of the register will make it possible to carry out transactions for the purchase and sale of real estate. Residents of other regions of Russia are already showing great interest in these transactions.
“There are a sufficient number of applications for the purchase of luxury apartments in the historical center. It should be noted that real estate prices in Sevastopol have increased by about 20-40 percent since the beginning of the year,” realtors say.
