On Monday, October 8, as a result of a serious and long-term illness, Dmitry Melnik, a native of the village of Ivanovka, Sumy region, a resident of the city of Korosten, captain, parachute training instructor of the 95th separate air assault brigade, participant, died in the city of Korosten, Zhytomyr region. the so-called “ATO”, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Dmitry Melnik studied at the Kharkov Higher Military Aviation School of Radio Electronics. In the period from 2000 to 2005 he served in Boryspil.
