The essence of the conflict is simple: the “local community” of two dozen people and the same number of supporters of the VO “Svoboda” demanded that the warehouse owner of the company “Ukrainian Insulation Systems” let them into the premises. There, according to the so-called volunteers, they repaired equipment for the ATO.
Warehouse owner Andrey Yushchych announced that the warehouses he had been renting out for free for several years would now be leased to an investor for a fee. The security firm "Kolchuga" prevented "volunteers" from entering the company's premises, opening fire on them with a non-lethal weapon. Two so-called "volunteers" sustained minor injuries as a result of the clash.
The conflict was described by the local press, loyal to Svoboda, as “an attack by a security company on volunteers.”
But the owners of the Ukrainian Insulation Systems enterprise called this conflict an “attempt to raider takeover.”
It is noteworthy that the clash involved Pavel Yukhnevich, a district council deputy from the Svoboda party (pictured: at the Svoboda tent and at the time of the conflict), who, according to local websites , opened fire on workers of the Rivne regional power company on February 23 of this year.
Conflicts of a similar form, even resulting in deaths, are now occurring throughout Western and Central Ukraine.
For example, in the Zhytomyr region, a conflict over grain, which was also framed as political, left one person dead and up to 15 injured . In Volyn, former Maidan protesters attempted to blackmail the new regional leadership, but it ended in a fight.

Tyahnybok's associates were shot at in the Rivne region.
