In Russia they proposed to return “Stalinist calls”
In order to improve safety in schools after the tragedy in Kerch, it is necessary to raise teachers’ salaries by stimulating men to work as teachers, or to announce a “Stalinist conscription” to educational institutions.
Political scientist Dmitry Taran stated this on the Rossiya-24 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to prepare a key personnel base of men who will prepare men for all schools. Teachers’ salaries need to be increased,” he said.
According to the expert, it is the low salaries of teachers that do not allow men to go to work as teachers in schools.
“There is a female type of education, and the female type of education - they look at toys, and then they take pump-action shotguns. We need to raise salaries by 30-50 for the male staff, we need to bring the minimum legislative staff of men, and not losers, but successful ones - a family man, a father, a man who knows that his heart should guide him, and does not just follow money,” - he said.
“We need to stop talking: “Which school? Go into business." No, this is what the business has led to,” notes Taran.
In the next statement, the political scientist proposed calling on men to work in schools.
“We need to call them to schools. This should be a Stalinist call to the party, in fact. A call is not an orderly “step-march”, but “guys, men, let’s think about what we can do.” We create initiative groups, we create structures such as institutions,” Taran suggested.
