Russian scientists have invented a method by which future parents will be able to determine the appearance of a child with a probability of up to 90%.

The method was developed by geneticists from the Genotec company.
According to scientists, their method allows you to find out the color of eyes and hair, the shape of the face, based on the genetic code of the parents.
“The mechanisms of inheritance and mutual influence of many genes are quite complex, so we have developed mathematical models that make it possible to predict the inheritance of a person’s external characteristics,” the scientists said.
In addition, the project’s methodology makes it possible to simulate the future appearance of a child by “editing” the genes of the parents.
