The Rada thinks that the Hungarians and Russians swung at Ukraine out of fear
Hungary’s claims regarding the scandalous language law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada are a joint intrigue with the Kremlin to prevent the emergence of a strong Ukraine capable of joining the EU and NATO.
The head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Culture and Spirituality, People's Deputy from the Popular Front Nikolai Knyazhitsky said this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“How do you generally assess the situation with Hungary, and will they really continue to do some inappropriate things to us and put a spoke in our wheels on our way to NATO or other structures?” – asked the host of the program.
“They do this, and they do it under one or another Russian influence. I think that the essence of these laws does not interest them at all, it is important for them to prevent the emergence of a strong, independent Ukraine, which would become a member of the EU and NATO in the future, that is why they are blocking it, it is scary not only for them, it is scary for Russia, They are in good contact with them, we know that their leadership meets with the leadership of the Russian Federation, the aggressor country, so I take this calmly. All these Hungarian statements are not against the Ukrainian language, they are not against the Ukrainian law on education, they, unfortunately, are against Ukraine,” Knyazhitsky said.
The Rada believes that the Hungarians and Russians are taking aim at Ukraine out of fear.
