A stationary passport issuing point for Ukrainians has been opened in Poland.
The Polish branch of the Ukrainian State Enterprise "Document" opened a service center in Warsaw for Ukrainians who fled Ukraine due to the fighting. At the institution, you can submit application forms for registration of passport documents and receive ready-made passports.

“According to the center’s capacity, a certain number of coupons are allocated for online recording. New coupons appear on this page at any time. To confirm registration, use a code from SMS or a message in Viber or Telegram,” the message says.
It is reported that in the standard mode, the production of two documents in 20 working days will cost 733 UAH (forms and passport production) and 425 zlotys (3295 UAH) for the company’s service. In accelerated mode (7 days) the service costs 1085 UAH. (forms and passport production) and 425 zlotys for the service.
The cost of issuing only a foreign passport in the standard mode is 733 UAH and 335 zlotys (2 UAH) for the company’s service; urgent – 596 UAH + 1085 zlotys.
An ID card, which is received for the first time since the age of 14, will cost 335 zlotys; you only need to pay for the company’s service.

It also became known that Ukrainians in Poland can now use electronic driver’s licenses developed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Development.
According to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov, a driver’s license and registration certificate from the online public services application “Diya” can be moved to the Polish mObywatel application. The function is planned to be launched before the end of 2022.
“Today for the first time we will present a new service that we are launching together with our Polish colleagues - this is the opportunity from Diya to share your driver’s licenses and technical passport for a car in the Polish application and thus receive an electronic driver’s license and an electronic technical passport for use in Poland, so that our Ukrainians, of whom there are now several million, can use an electronic driver’s license, an electronic technical passport,” Fedorov said.
According to the minister, this opens up great opportunities for Ukraine in the European Union, because the directions of electronic documents to the EU are now being studied.
“We are involved in working groups that deal with this issue. In fact, Ukraine and Poland gain exclusive, unique experience in using electronic documents not only within their states, but also when exchanging documents between states. We will now work to ensure that Polish electronic documents can be accepted and read in Ukraine,” Fedorov noted.
State Secretary for Digitalization and Government Commissioner for Cybersecurity Janusz Cieszynski said that they plan to launch this function by the end of the year.
“We agreed that we will complete this functionality so that by the end of the year it will already be working. We already have a technical prototype, all the details have already been made, but we still need to resolve bureaucratic issues,” Cieszynski said.
