The Ministry of Internal Affairs press service reported this on Facebook , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The Ministry of Internal Affairs is increasing its presence on the southern border. New units of the National Guard of Ukraine are being introduced into two districts of the Odessa region (Bolgradsky and Izmailsky), the message says.

It is noted that the southern region is one of the most difficult, “next to the unrecognized Transnistria, so the safety of the residents of the Odessa region is a priority.”
