Odessa, March 26 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – A ship of the French Navy, the frigate “La Fayette,” arrived in the port of Odessa today for a visit.

“The program of the visit includes protocol meetings of the ship’s commander in the Odessa City Council, the regional state administration and the command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and a friendly football match,” reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In addition, it is planned to exchange experience between the personnel of the frigate “La Fayette” and the frigate of the Ukrainian Navy “Hetman Sahaidachny” on the organization of professional training on ships of the Ukrainian Navy and the Navy of the French Republic.
