Eyewitnesses of the incident told Navigator about this.

About 10 people, under the leadership of local representatives of the People's Rada, entered the district administration building in order to express their disagreement with the figure of the current head of the district, Vasily Chernolutsky.

However, he was not there, since, due to his being on sick leave, his duties were performed by the Deputy for Social Affairs, Svetlana Petrenko. “Euromaidanists” said that in this case the leadership of the region is illegitimate, and threatened to disrupt the functioning of the administration. But the protesters were unable to “block” the activities of the state institution due to their small numbers. They subsequently left the building.
