The fire at the largest ammunition depot in the Vinnytsia region was organized on the direct order of the President of the Russian Federation.

Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Zoryan Shkiryak stated this on his Facebook page.
“I am convinced that this is a hostile Russian sabotage committed on the direct orders of Putin. For me personally, given today’s fire at the 48th military arsenal in Kalinovka, this is obvious. Of course, a state commission of inquiry will be created, a detailed analysis and thorough investigation will be carried out, and after that final conclusions will be drawn and the cause will be established. But the day (September 26 – the Birthday of the President of Ukraine) and the place (Vinnytsia region) in which this emergency occurred, tell me personally that such coincidences are unlikely to happen…” wrote Shkiryak.
As PolitNavigator reported, ammunition exploded at a military depot in Kalinovka , Vinnytsia Oblast, yesterday evening, prompting an evacuation of the local population.
At the same time, Ukrainian propagandists complain that the incident was a severe blow to Ukraine's defense capability.
