Activists of the patriotic organization SERB called a police squad, which cordoned off the entrance to the “Open Space” on Pleteshkovsky Lane.

The liberals complained that no one was allowed into the premises except one of the SERB activists, Gosha Tarasevich.

“The guys from SERB came, started looking at the work in detail and called in a team,” said one of the Open Space team members, Maria Chernykh.

Among the “paintings” there is an abstract image with the slogans “Soldiers will shoot at people, and you will die,” a photo of a folder for a criminal case, stylized as a book cover, and drawings with a pen in a notebook on a prison-pacifist theme.

Police officers reported that investigative measures are being carried out in connection with an investigation into the possible commission of crimes under Articles 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - Public discrediting of the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and propaganda of “non-traditional” values among minors.

“One of the policeman’s arguments in a conversation with Chernykh was the fact that there is no “18+” sign on the entrance door to the premises, which means a minor can go inside. In addition, the police officer emphasized that the materials located in the “Open Space” must be shown “under the passport,” SOTA wrote.

Later, dog handlers and specialists from the forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived. Employees of the State Budgetary Institution “Zhilishchnik” also arrived with the words “we were told to come help,” who loaded the “art” from the premises into a company car.

“After a few hours, the investigative measures were completed. Police officers seized exhibition paintings, handouts, posters from Nemtsov’s march, as well as stickers. The police, among other things, peeled off the stickers from the counter,” the liberals wrote.

SERB activists also left the premises. At the same time, Daria Soboleva, an employee of Open Space, was taken to the Basmanny police station.
