Moscow believes that Zelensky and Savchenko have the same electorate
The release of Ukrainian military pilot and former MP Nadiya Savchenko, who spent over a year in prison on charges of attempting to storm the government building in Kyiv, could pose a major challenge for Volodymyr Zelenskyy if he is elected president.
This opinion was expressed on air by the NTV channel by the editor-in-chief of the online publication News Front, Konstantin Knyrik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This young lady is already President Zelensky’s hemorrhoids. And the investigation is not closed, she will either need to be imprisoned or not imprisoned. We have the image of President Zelensky: a man who entered the Verkhovna Rada and shot everyone with Kalash rifles (TV series “Servant of the People” - editor’s note), this is the same thing. This young lady wanted to shoot the Verkhovna Rada with a mortar (the accusation has not been proven - Ed). Jokes aside, this is one electoral field, and it can really create serious problems for Zelensky, and this is very important,” Knyrik assures.
