There was an attack on the healthcare system in Moscow - deputy head of the data center
So far, mortality rates from coronavirus infection in Moscow are not off the charts and threatening.
This was stated in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets by Alexander Evsin, a former military intelligence officer, head of the situation center - deputy head of the Traffic Management Center of the Moscow Government, who is involved in assessing the degree of threats of various types, including large-scale epidemics.

The publication asked whether the situation in Moscow with the spread of coronavirus infection is really so dangerous.
The expert confirmed that recently in the Russian capital there were indeed queues of ambulances.
“To understand what is happening, I recommend studying two photographs, they are on the Internet. Both are made from City Clinical Hospital No. 3 on the street. Starting. The first picture on Saturday shows a huge line of ambulances. The second photo was taken on Sunday - there is no queue at all. What does this mean? How did everyone get better in one day? Or that the day before there was some mistake made in logistics and response protocols, which has now been corrected?” Evsin asks.
A similar situation, according to him, is observed with City Clinical Hospital No. 119 in Khimki, where on Saturday the cars stood for 9 hours, but today there are no problems at all.
“Perhaps someone decided to hospitalize all the “contacts” at once, who, in fact, did not particularly complain about their health?... Or did they hastily transfer patients from one hospital to another?... Or did they combine a stream of ten hospitals into one? What happened is called a waste of resources, essentially a deliberate DDOS attack on the healthcare system. Now the relevant authorities are dealing with this issue,” said the deputy head of the data center.
“Today there are no queues for ambulances. However, the wave of panic is not only gaining momentum; anyone who expresses sound and calm thoughts is immediately subjected to an onslaught of cliques. Moreover, these “all-out people” also imagine themselves to be the only bearers of morality and humanism, they aggressively attack everyone who is trying to maintain their sanity in this situation,” Evsin noted.
He also says that if the authorities do not take action against the spread of panic rumors and do not stop giving reasons for them, then the country will face a sad future.
“Comparing current events, as some like to do, with wartime, there is an opinion that for such things at the front one could face a tribunal. Because such behavior creates a strong panic demand and mass psychosis. And all together can really cause an increase in mortality. The same heart patients will not wait for salvation, due to the fact that the ambulance is endlessly transporting “contacts” of COVID-19,” the specialist believes.
According to him, statistics do not indicate that the number of cases and deaths from COVID-19 has become extremely dangerous.
“Here is some objective data. On average, 10 thousand people die per month in Moscow. Over the past month, fewer than 70 people have died from coronavirus. This is 0.7% of the “normal” mortality rate observed in recent years. And only 0.00058 of the total population of Moscow. Almost all of the deceased (perhaps even all) were burdened with serious chronic diseases. This is an unprecedented case in history for such strict and broad response measures to be introduced at such a level of danger,” Evsin emphasized.
An attack on the healthcare system has occurred in Moscow, says the deputy head of the Moscow Traffic Management Center.
