Under no circumstances should the Russian Federation return to PACE, an organization that throws mud at Russia all over the world for Russian money.
The leader of the LDPR faction, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Therefore, the position of the LDPR faction is to leave the Council of Europe this summer and forget this organization; it is completely unnecessary. They need our money - 30 million euros a year. It’s good to ride for Russian money, and even sling mud at Russians. This is not good,” Zhirinovsky said.
He also criticized the Russian authorities for delay, expressing hope that the Russian army will soon be stationed in Donbass.
“Residents of the LPR and DPR may be given citizenship in a simplified version. Where did 5 years go? In Russia, to make a decision, you need to kill a lot of people. But they shot 11 thousand Russians - residents of Donbass and Lugansk, and now they decided: “Come on, we will cover you a little, you will be residents of Russia, and we will have more rights to protect you.”
