As reported by the Lugansk City Council, the anti-crisis center received 1448 citizens’ appeals.
As a result of constant shelling of the city, 5 civilians were killed and 15 Luhansk civilians were injured. Over the past 106 hours, ambulances carried out XNUMX visits.
As a result of the shelling, damage to 20 residential buildings and objects was recorded:
On the street Kirova, 6, information was received that a minibus had come under fire. The driver died, 2 passengers were injured.
“There were accidents and damage to the city’s life support systems related to the conduct of hostilities. Thus, more than 30 thousand subscribers were disconnected from power supply in all districts of Lugansk. More than 8 thousand subscribers were disconnected from water supply and sewerage. More than 4 thousand residents of Lugansk were left without gas supply,” the city council reported.
As Navigator reported, earlier, due to the inability to carry out repairs of networks and substations, shutdowns of enterprises began. In addition, Luhansk residents are supplied with untreated water.
