State Duma deputy from the LDPR faction Ilya Drozdov said this on the air of the talk show “People’s Verdict” on the ITV channel.
“As soon as some details become clear (since the legislation of another state was in force in Crimea), it will immediately be submitted to the State Duma,” he noted.
In turn, Sergei Tsekov, a member of the Federation Council participating in the program, said that at least two repressed people can be named - the leaders of the Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia Popular Front Valery Podyachey and Semyon Klyuev, who were convicted by a Ukrainian court of “separatism.”
The senator considers the proposal to adopt such a bill correct.
