According to court materials, on November 4, the offender, while in a public place near the Neftyannik store, publicly accused the head of state of allegedly giving orders to shell residential buildings and shopping centers. In connection with this, he considers these actions to be terrorism and opposes the conduct of the SVO. At the court hearing, the offender did not admit his guilt.

The Leninsky District Court imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
