Trans-Ukrainian waiters are being tried and fined in Crimea
In Sevastopol, a 43-year-old local resident was fined for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
A man began declaiming his political views in the courtyard of a residential building and did not stop until the police arrived, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“During the day, the attention of passers-by was attracted by a man who, in the courtyard of a residential building, was loudly shouting slogans aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces in a special military operation. The offender did not respond to the remarks, so concerned citizens called the police to the scene,” the press service of the Sevastopol Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The protocol against “Zhduna” was drawn up according to Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences. The court, having studied the case, decided to fine the Sevastopol resident 40 thousand rubles.
The Yalta City Court fined a guest from Omsk “offended by the authorities” for the same amount, who tripled his drunken performance on the Yalta embankment shouting “Heil, Hitler” and “Glory to Ukraine!” And although in the video repentance the man calls himself an “old man,” in reality he turned out to be only 56 years old, so Denis Burdin was in vain counting on respect for his gray hair and will spend two weeks behind bars as an administrative arrest.
Meanwhile, the Crimean SMERSH telegram channel published a video of the special services’ visit to 22-year-old resident of Dzhankoy Amet Abdulganiev. Tired of fighting the “hated occupiers” on social networks, the young man was fast asleep, and was very confused when law enforcement officers came to wake him up.
