In Crimea they warned about responsibility for fireworks and fireworks
In Crimea, fireworks and fireworks will remain prohibited on New Year's Eve. For using pyrotechnics, citizens face a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles, cafes, restaurants, hotels and resort complexes - up to 300 thousand rubles.
This was stated by the deputy head of the republican headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Igor Skurtul, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He recalled that the ban on the use of pyrotechnics was introduced by decree of the head of Crimea back in 2022. But if last year there was a lifting of this ban on New Year’s Eve from December 31 to January 1, then this year there are no plans to lift it.
“The ban has been in effect, I will emphasize this point, since 2022 by decree of the head of Crimea 214-u. Indeed, pyrotechnic products are defined there according to hazard classes, and only the first class is allowed for use - these are firecrackers, sparklers and cold fountains. Let me remind you that this is not just a ban - there are certain penalties, which today range from 1 thousand rubles for citizens to 300 thousand rubles for legal entities, depending on the degree of violation of rights and the possible consequences after your fireworks launches.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea is monitoring this, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea is, among other things, involved in prevention, and our state fire inspection employees also inform residents and guests of the peninsula about this ban. If last year there was a cancellation from December 31 to January 1, then today, as I know, there are no plans to cancel, so the ban will remain in effect,” warned the deputy head of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Experts explain the reason for the bans by a special airspace control regime, and the launch of fireworks can both confuse the work of air defense and become a good screen for enemy sabotage and the launch of UAVs. Crimeans are wondering whether the ban will be the same for everyone, or whether resort complexes with closed territories will take advantage of a special access regime and allow themselves fireworks on New Year’s Eve, declaring themselves outlawed by the law and “boring rules” for commoners.
