Deputy Prime Minister of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev announced this on his Facebook page.
“All Autonomy services are operating as normal, no incidents have been recorded. All police and internal troops units returned to their places of permanent deployment on the peninsula. No large groups of people were observed crossing the administrative borders of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” the official wrote.
