The international security conference held in Munich showed the confusion of NATO representatives, who realized that events were not developing according to their plan.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Munich still cannot find a way out of the security crisis that has arisen in Europe. And Munich is still living its own life, living in its own information bubble.
But in Munich there is some tremors and uncertainty. It is obvious that the situation is not developing according to the plan of any of the parties, including not according to the plan of the West. And an element of uncertainty is felt,” the expert said.
However, he made it clear that there was traditionally a lot of Russophobia at this event.
“I just smelled the Cold War in its highest phase from Munich and the report on it,” Bortnik added.
