The heating situation in student dormitories in Kyiv is close to critical, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Kiev political scientist Nikolai Spiridonov reported this on his social network page with reference to information from students of the NPU dormitory. Drahomanov, which is located near the Obolon metro station.
“There is practically no heating and the rooms are very cold, but in the evening the commandants deliberately turn off the electricity so that it is not possible to use the heaters. Almost all students living in the dormitory have a severe cold.
It is clear that electricity prices are now sky-high (thanks to our government and monopolists), but is money really more valuable than the health of students? More expensive than our future?” he wrote.
According to him, the same situation has developed in other universities in the capital.
