In Kyiv they lament: We will sign peace with the Russian Federation on worse terms than at the beginning of the Northern Military District
Ukraine will have to sign peace agreements with Russia, but on much worse terms than was possible back in the spring of this year.
Kyiv political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist and anti-Russian propagandist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, such a signature is impossible in a bilateral format, because it would be perceived as a betrayal by the population of any of the signatory countries. Therefore, reaching agreements is possible only at the global level.
“In principle, there are no solutions in the Ukraine-Russian Federation plane. Therefore, if the solution to the equation lies at a higher level, because if this is an external, huge solution there, for you, you come to your home, to your family and friends, and say: “Dear family and friends, I am not a traitor, this OSBB of our house solved it for everyone.
And then, in principle, what questions do you have? It was the OSBB at home that decided it, right? Fine. And if you went and negotiated with your neighbor on the landing, what would your family say? What are you, you whore, a prisoner, and they evicted you. Now it’s clear why a level is needed?” the expert said.
“Therefore, Istanbul-2 is a little candy inside, a nut in this chocolate bar of Yalta-2. And this “Yalta-2” will happen, I said it back in April. The question is different - the question is that any signing of anything is signed at the current position. When they tell you that we are ready, but only if there are apple trees on Mars, I usually don’t even listen to it. Basically, I'm not interested in this. It is signed on current terms, always,” Chaplyga said.
