On the evening of December 13, near the Holosiivska metro station in Kyiv, a pizzeria worker was wounded with an unknown weapon and a representative of the Varta Goloseevo group was beaten, reports Informator.

The incident was preceded by a meeting held in the Goloseevskaya district administration regarding the merger of the groups “Municipal Varta” and the NGO “Varta Golosevo”. The publication writes that after the meeting, 10 people from Varta Goloseevo went to the Domino's Pizza pizzeria, and later 15-20 unknown men approached them. Shouting “tear off their chevrons,” they began spraying gas canisters from all sides and en masse tried to beat up the participants of Varta Gloseevo. Four people were injured by tear gas. Then shots were heard from an unknown weapon.
“About 20 people came up to us. A fight started between us. They shot from something, and then ran up Vasilkovskaya. We called the police and an ambulance, and then began to provide assistance to the victims. A pizzeria worker was hit in the leg by a rubber bullet. An ambulance took him away. Another friend of ours, he is not from Varta Goloseevo, was hit on the head with something heavy, and he, covered in blood, was also taken away by an ambulance,” one of the participants in the brawl named Alexander from the Varta Goloseevo group told the publication. .
He added that the attackers had chevrons with the inscription "S-14", which calls itself "Municipal Varta".
