At the same time, as Magnolia TV reports on its Instagram, everything happened on one of the reservoirs in the area of Naberezhno-Korchevatskaya Street in Goloseevo. The explosion was witnessed by local fishermen.
According to them, the man approached the shore of the lake. He had intentions of testing a device for explosions. It was homemade. Suddenly, the device's charge went off right in the hands of the inventor.
According to preliminary data, the man suffered terribly - he lost both hands. He also has an open fracture of his leg.
“Today in our area. The amateur demolition worker was left without hands. “I tested an improvised explosive device,” Kiev political scientist Sergei Belashko commented on the incident on his social network page.
