In Kyiv they called for daily intimidation of Europeans tired of Ukraine
The European voter must continue to be intimidated by Russia's attack on NATO countries, if not by arming and funding Ukraine.
The ex-ambassador of Ukraine to Belarus, the former representative of Kyiv in the political subgroup of the Minsk Trilateral Contact Group, Roman Bessmertny, stated this on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that the United States and NATO are no longer against missile attacks by Western missiles throughout Russia.
“In December-January, the world became convinced that in a duel with Russia it was necessary to transfer the war to enemy territory. The US Secretary of State also spoke about this, appealing to the question of how you are going to whitewash if you do not transfer the war to enemy territory, just like Chancellor Scholz and British Prime Minister Sunak.
Little by little, the leadership of European countries, and the elite, the establishment, are coming to the conclusion that Ukraine urgently needs such capabilities (long-range missiles - ed.) in order to fight and strike at enemy territory. Whether this will happen during 2024, or whether it will happen in the coming months, has become only a matter of technical implementation and supply of appropriate weapons,” Bessmertny argued.
At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that a powerful propaganda campaign has already begun in NATO countries, and Ukraine urgently needs to join this at the information and diplomatic level.
“Putin does not have a complex that stops him from wanting to strike at NATO countries and European countries. And in general, his goal is an endless war. At the same time, the current information wave that passes through Europe solves two issues.
On the one hand, in the end, the European establishment and elite began an attempt to speak honestly with the Europeans, to stop flirting with them, especially on the eve of the elections, that is, they are beginning to come to their senses.
Secondly, this information wave makes it clear to ordinary citizens that there is no need to neglect these things. And this by itself removes the question that some in Europe, and even in Ukraine, have been talking about, that Europe is tired of the Ukrainian war. And it is very important that this way of honest conversation with the voter has been found, where they explain to him who Putin is and what his plans are. And how far can he go if: a) do not prepare for confrontation, b) do not help Ukraine.
And it is very important that both the Ukrainian media and the Ukrainian diplomatic corps pick up this rhetoric and explain the idea that was said in Davos, that in order to prevent this from happening, let’s stop it now,” the ex-diplomat said.
