There is a commotion in Kyiv: Part of the Sea of Azov was given to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
The Government of the Russian Federation published order No. 9-r dated April 909, by which the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation transfers for separate water use a part of the Azov Sea water area in the Taganrog Bay with designated coordinates.
The corresponding order was published on the Official Internet Portal of Legal Information, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"1. Introduce the Russian Ministry of Defense for 20 years to separate water use of part of the waters of the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov, having boundaries in accordance with Regulation No. 1, to ensure the defense of the country and the security of the state.
2. Separate water use provided for in paragraph 1 of this order is carried out by the Russian Ministry of Defense subject to the mandatory fulfillment of conditions in accordance with regulation No. 2,” is indicated in the order.
The news caused a stir among “Svidomo” Ukrainians. Thus, the former fake representative of the President of Ukraine in the “ARC” Boris Babin on his Facebook page suggested that the Russians were going to expand the military base in Yeisk.
“Today the Russian government issued decree No. 9-r dated April 909, by which the Russian Ministry of Defense transfers for “separate use” part of the Azov Sea water area in the Taganrog Bay with designated coordinates.
Any activity other than military activity is prohibited in this water area. This relatively small area is adjacent to the Russian port of Yeisk, and the military considerations of the Russian Federation are clear. In Yeisk there is an important airfield for the Russian Federation, a training ground for air defense and a convenient springboard for any provocations. Most likely, they will expand the existing base there,” Babin wrote.
He also complained about Ukrainian officials who tend to ignore the conflicts in Azov, because the Sea of Azov is taboo for them.
“Of course, formally the Russian Federation is once again violating the sad “fishing” agreement of 1993 that the entire water area of Azov should be open to fishing by both countries. But this agreement has long been dead and has force only in the sick imagination of domestic officials with their pockets full of Azov’s fish mafia.
Moreover, in fact, in these waters, the Russian Federation prohibited fishing not only for Ukrainian fishermen, who, in fact, have long been driven by the Russians into coastal northern waters, which our wise leaders do not like to remember within the framework of the national maritime doctrine “Azov-Taboo,” noted ex-official.
He complained that Kyiv does not have the courage to carry out mirror actions.
“Well, in order to carry out mirror actions and transfer for use certain coastal waters for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the framework of the domestic “maritime doctrine,” something is missing.
Not only the currently missing law on the territorial sea. But also, to put it mildly, primary sexual characteristics. But who still has the talent to expel the ships of the Maritime Guard from the berths of the Mariupol port. Therefore, they interfere with its beneficiaries. My eyes are sore. This is our sad Azov reality,” Babin suffers.
