Plans for the assimilation of genetically modified residents of Donbass were announced in Kyiv

This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by a native of Donbass, journalist of the Kyiv magazine “New Time” Maxim Butchenko, according to whom, the Ukrainian state lacks consistency in relation to Donbass.
“We have not yet worked out a strategy, a practice, on how to return and mentally assimilate these people back,” the journalist believes. “Their mentality has changed. I would like to wish that this topic is not hushed up, does not become commonplace like, what’s new in the information war in Donbass. in fact, it is the most global problem that we will face in just a couple of years.”
“If we don’t do anything, it’s no wonder that a repeat of the events of 2005 awaits us,” Butchenko clarified. – That is, when after the revolution the wounds inflicted on these people - separation and everything else... We did not work with these people informationally; inside they were modified at some genetic information level. Russian propaganda then played on this in 2014.”
