In Kyiv they want to create and send PMCs with Kasparov and Khodorkovsky into battle
Ukraine must gather fugitive Russian liberals around the world, create an armed formation from them and send them to overthrow Vladimir Putin.
Ukrainian political scientist Pavel Zhovnirenko stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Who exactly will decolonize Russia and the empire? Already there, in Russia itself. And liberate Russia from Putin and his system? After all, NATO will not send troops there, that’s understandable. And they won’t give it to Ukraine.
The answer is that no one prohibits and cannot prohibit the Russians themselves, who became refugees, who took the initiative to create something like a people’s militia, from liberating their homeland,” Zhovnirenko said.
“Among whom will we look for the leaders of these liberation movements? You mentioned Kasparov, Khodorkovsky, Navalny. Will they lead this liberation struggle? Who should lead? Khodorkovsky, by the way, said that he wants to pick up a machine gun, we’ll see,” noted the conference moderator.
However, the political scientist emphasized that Kyiv should follow the example of Russia and start creating PMCs.
“From the point of view of the decolonization of Russia, those Russians who are outside the borders of Russia also need to be taken into account. That's 1,3 million people.
We take what has already been tested by Russia, we must learn from the enemy. This is a PMC. There are people who want to fight with Putin, and there are people who, in principle, can finance all this, for the prospect of lifting sanctions,” Zhovnirenko said.
The moderator clarified:
“Conditional new Prigozhins?”
The expert replied:
“To consider all Russians as one and the same is wrong. There are those who really don’t want the Russia it is now, who are ready to fight it not only with words.”
Kyiv wants to create and send a private military company into battle with Kasparov and Khodorkovsky.
