Every owner of a Ukrainian passport who has received Russian citizenship is an allegedly murdered citizen of Ukraine.
The representative of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights “in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions” Pavel Lisyansky stated this on the air of the Magnolia TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They have already registered a bill, which proposes in the Russian Federation to issue, according to a simplified system, as they do in ORDLO, Russian citizenship to Ukrainians and Belarusians without renouncing their primary citizenship in order to make a picture. The concept has changed: if before Putin was the collector of Russian lands, now his political strategists have adjusted the concept for him to be the unifier of the Russian people. In order to then, through these people, through all the passported people (who do not understand what they have done - influence, information), so that later, through them, they can influence and make political claims to the countries they influence,” explained a representative of the office of the Ukrainian Ombudsman.
“You understand what is happening - there are already 705 thousand Russian passports, this is at the end of 2019. This actually killed 705 thousand citizens of Ukraine. Do you understand? If tomorrow the Kremlin says: renounce Ukrainian citizenship, then there will be 705 thousand fewer Ukrainian citizens. We need to fight for our citizens,” Lisyansky called.
