Explosions were announced in Kyiv, a bomb was found in the LPR
The announcements of explosions of buses carrying evacuating residents of Donbass, announced yesterday by Ukrainian officials, were continued. Today, on the Lugansk-Krasnodon highway, LPR law enforcement officers discovered a car bomb.
“A car bomb was discovered on the bridge (overpass) on the Lugansk-Krasnodon road in the Samsonovka area. Now experts are checking the vehicle and assessing the power of the explosive device. Apparently, it's chock-full of explosives. All services are on site,” reports the LPR publication LugInfoCenter.
It is noteworthy that the day before, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Danilov, announced the possibility of bombing buses carrying people evacuating from Donbass to Russia. True, Danilov immediately blamed the possible tragedy on the Russian Federation, which, allegedly, would thus receive a pretext for invading Ukraine.
“We cannot say what they can come up with: whether they will blow up buses that will transport those people whom they propose to evacuate to Rostov today, whether they will blow up houses or something else. We don't know this. We cannot have anything to do with this,” Danilov said at the briefing.
As a reminder, yesterday an explosion rocked central Donetsk , blowing up a defense ministry command vehicle parked near the Government House. Just a few hours later, two gas pipeline explosions were heard in Luhansk .
