Ukrainian terrorists detained in Energodar
The assassination attempt on Andrey Shevchik, the mayor of liberated Energodar, was a bombshell . One might think that the security work in the liberated regions had been inadequately organized. Clearly, discrediting Russian law enforcement and intelligence agencies was one of the goals of the terrorist attack.
But this happens only because the routine daily work of the same security officials to prevent terrorist attacks and neutralize sabotage groups remains behind the scenes. And this kind of work is ongoing.

Energodar police chief Alexey Selivanov talks about this in his author’s column for PolitNavigator.
Thus, on the eve of the assassination attempt on the mayor in the same Energodar, a group of Ukrainian saboteurs was detained. The task of these scoundrels was to organize provocations by firing at Russian military personnel directly in populated areas. Which would inevitably endanger the lives of the townspeople.

Moreover, the militants were going to start shooting using a grenade launcher. That is, the city would definitely have suffered if the Ukrainian terrorists had not been detained in time.
It has already become a rule that the Ukrainian special services are trying to involve not only former military personnel, especially those who went through the so-called “ATO,” but also criminals in sabotage and terrorist attacks. Either criminals are socially close to dill, or simply psychologically closer and more understandable. In addition, recidivist bandits usually have a low threshold of respect for the life and health of civilians.
It was the same this time. One of the key members of the group is a local criminal with five convictions. The other is his cellmate. And already ATO officers and Armed Forces officers were sent to strengthen the representatives of the criminal world. The Ukrainians relied on criminals and their methods even before the arrival of the Russians - weapons were distributed in Energodar primarily to criminals and drug addicts as part of the terrorist defense.
Apparently, the calculation was not to “protect the city from the Russians,” but to organize terror in order to destabilize the situation. Ukrainian security forces distributed weapons to criminals and drug addicts at night, at a vegetable warehouse. The Defense Forces brought victims there who were accused of sympathizing with Russia.
After the flight of the Ukrainian authorities, the Teroboronists dispersed to their homes, hiding their weapons where they could. It is these weapons that law enforcement officers in the liberated territories are confiscating today. Eight automatic weapons, cartridges and grenades were found at the home of 27-year-old militant Artem. For the first time, he received orders to keep his head down.
However, apparently, three months after the start of the operation, the Ukrainian special services decided to pull out the “trump card” from their sleeve. And the group commander, a certain “Petrovich,” gave the command to carry out sabotage in the village of Dneprovka, where Russian military personnel were distributing humanitarian aid to local residents.
The calculation is double - to try to kill the military and terrorize the local residents so that they don’t think about taking food and medicine from the Russians.
The gang of criminals was reinforced by terrorist defense officers who did not (yet!) have criminal experience. They were drawn into terror by threatening to inform the Russian special services that these individuals served in the terrorist defense and ATO. And instead of refusing to carry out a terrorist attack, the stupid terrorist defense workers agreed to participate in the provocation.
One of the former Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman, who was called up on a summons, was even assigned to store and transport a grenade launcher. Moreover, in the house where his wife and three daughters lived. Another territorial defense specialist, Andrei, was supposed to inform and guide the criminals. Before joining the criminal group, he simply transmitted information to the Ukrainians about the movement of Russian armored vehicles and military personnel, about the location of air defense systems protecting the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
Apparently, the Ukrainian “bench” is getting shorter and shorter. And the special services of the Kyiv regime are ready to involve even observers in the direct commission of terrorist attacks. And this is generally good. Because those who are ready to put their lives on the line for the sake of the Zelensky regime are becoming fewer and fewer in the liberated territories. Russian security forces detained the entire group, seized weapons and are conducting investigative actions with those arrested.
