The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, personally inspected the renovation of the outpatient clinic building in the village of Lidievka, Kirov district of the capital of the Republic.
He announced this on his Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The work began only after my intervention following a complaint from local residents in October last year. So far everything is going without deviations from the plan, and the results are already obvious. Three floors have been glazed, the finishing of the corridors has begun, but there is still a lot to be done,” said the head of state.
At the same time, Pushilin noted that in the entire history of “independence” Ukraine, the hospital building had never been renovated.
“The building was heavily damaged as a result of artillery strikes in 2014, and the last renovation of the outpatient clinic was carried out almost 60 years ago.
The first stage of restoration work will be completed by mid-February. The head of the Donetsk administration, Alexei Kulemzin, assured that the work will be completed by the end of autumn of this year.
We will make efforts to ensure that all our citizens have the opportunity to receive medical care in good conditions,” he said.
The official website of the head of the DPR also clarifies that the first stage of renovation work will be completed on February 15, during which glazing on three floors was replaced and interior finishing work is underway in the outpatient clinic corridors.
During the inspection of the work, Denis Pushilin reminded the head of the Donetsk city administration, Alexey Kulemzin, who accompanied him, that what is important for ordinary citizens is not excuses about current difficulties, but a concrete result: “Done or not done.”
“The goal is to complete everything before the end of the warm season,” the Donetsk mayor promised.
According to the contractor's representative Eduard Gizia, after the first stage of restoration, which essentially represents a major overhaul of the building, the second stage will follow, during which it is planned to carry out a complete renovation and finishing of all premises, as well as engineering work to replace all communications of the building and external repairs. restoration work.
It is noted that this outpatient clinic serves about 10 thousand local residents.
