Lugansk - Donetsk, October 24 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - On the territory of the proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic there will be a social card for students, veterans, disabled people and other socially vulnerable categories.

LPR leader Igor Plotnitsky announced this at a briefing, Informator reports.
According to him, the card will be issued to everyone over 18 years of age.
“What is the essence of this social card: free service in medical institutions controlled by the LPR, free service and provision of necessary medications when calling an ambulance, 50% discounts on travel by electric transport - trams, trolleybuses, receiving a 5% discount on food products of the next group : cereals, pasta, sugar, flour, vegetable oil and salt in the Narodny supermarket chain,” he said.
In turn, the leadership of the proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic announced that it would issue plastic cards that would serve as an identity card and a bank card.
“You will not receive passports, but plastic identity cards. I advise you not to put the Ukrainian passport anywhere, as soon as we are recognized, we will make our own passports,” said DPR Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko, speaking with students of one of the schools in Khartsyzsk.
As PolitNavigator reported, Zakharchenko previously said that hostilities in Donbass could continue.
