Wagner PMC units continue recruiting volunteers for special operations units. The newspaper "Kapital Strany" has published a list of requirements for new recruits.

The general age limit is 24-50 years, but there are exceptions for men older than this age – in such cases, physical fitness, as well as military specialty or experience, come first.

Also, guys over the age of 22 can get a job in a PMC, but only after serving in the army or with experience in participating in a special operation.

As for health indicators, candidates with oncology, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, HIV, and syphilis are not considered.
