Kyiv, May 12 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) - The day before, five warships and boats of the Ukrainian Navy - the missile boat "Priluki", the medium landing ship "Kirovograd", artillery boats "Skadovsk", "AK-1" and "AK-2" – while going to sea, they completed a number of combat training tasks.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
A number of combat exercises were carried out, in particular, artillery firing at surface and air targets in different areas of the sea.
“The materiel functioned normally, the targets were hit,” said the commander of the boat division, Lieutenant Commander Vitaly Lezhnyuk.
In addition, a number of shipboard combat exercises and trainings were carried out, in particular, on the fight for the survivability of the boat, rescuing a person caught overboard, etc.
According to the information of the Acting Deputy Commander of the Ukrainian Naval Forces, Rear Admiral Andrei Tarasov, combat coordination is in full swing on the Priluki missile complex and the Kirovograd SSDC, which were returned to Ukraine several weeks ago after their capture by military personnel, and in the near future these combat units will be ready to perform tasks as assigned.
