The “Kiev Patrol Police,” the invention of Georgian “reformers” and the pride of Minister Arsen Avakov, continues to operate according to the schemes of the old police, chasing homeless people and alcoholics for the sake of performance.

The Internet is discussing a video showing the arrest of a drunkard on Khreshchatyk. For trying to sleep on a bench, he was thrown onto the sidewalk and pinned down amid screams from the crowd.

The newly hired policeman, in communicating with the homeless man, boasted that he represented the authorities and demanded to obey his orders.

Policeman: I told you to close your mouth and listen to what I tell you, okay?

Homeless: Don't poke me!

Policeman: I am a representative of the authorities.

Homeless: Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the nation! Death to the enemies!

Policeman: Why are you behaving like this? “Glory to the nation...” you are Ukrainian, how do you behave? Look at yourself, aren’t you ashamed if you shout “Glory to the nation?”

Homeless: The cops will still point me out. Do you think they'll take me? They'll suck!

Policeman: If you do not stop the offense, then special means and physical force will be used against you again.

Homeless man: Hit me with sticks, I'm cumming. Guys, I slept on this bench. Until they shouted to me: “No one has the right to sleep on this bench.” And I will sleep.

Policeman: Citizens contacted us...

Homeless: Who wrote three statements? Please, guys, who will write three statements that I violated.

Policeman: Listen to me. I now represent the authorities and the law that you are breaking.

Homeless: Can you imagine? Guys, write a statement against me and I'll get rid of it. Three statements. Damn, I was sitting and relaxing...

Policeman: Citizens have complained about you.

Homeless: Where are these citizens? Who? Give them here.

Policeman: He's gone somewhere.

Homeless man: He’s gone somewhere, and you go with him. The man said I was not sober. Call an ambulance and do an examination. I fight for this country. Please, if I attacked someone, if I violated the law of Ukraine, then arrest me.

After reinforcements arrived, five police officers restrained the man and, taking the witness, led him towards the patrol car amid shouts from the crowd: “Why did you take him? Are there any more problems in the city? Circus. Clowns."
