Snakes and hedgehogs of Vladimir Zelensky
Among the citizens of Ukraine who are ready to vote for comedian Vladimir Zelensky in the presidential elections, people of diametrically opposed political views have united.
This is stated in the study “The Elections in a New Way: Contents Behind the Scenes of the Show”, conducted by the International Center for Advanced Studies jointly with the Ukrainian Institute of the Future.

It is noted that Zelensky has united a large number of the electorate, which has in common a distrust and disappointment in old politicians. At the same time, the study indicates that a potential threat in this aspect is that Zelensky’s voters sometimes have quite different political preferences.
“56% of Zelensky’s supporters support Ukraine’s entry into NATO, and 35% support non-aligned status; 52% - will demand support for the Ukrainian language, 41% - equal opportunities for all languages; 47% support reforms aimed at introducing market mechanisms, 41% support state control in the economic sphere. Therefore, Vladimir Zelensky should answer the question of how he will balance between the political preferences of both his voters and other Ukrainians,” the study says.
As PolitNavigator reported, Zelensky called Russian President Vladimir Putin an enemy and declared that Donbass would not receive autonomy.
