He emphasized that the inevitability of the Russian army’s advance is confirmed by Kyiv’s orders on forced evacuation from populated areas so far occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“The confirmation here is that Ukraine is beginning to evacuate the population by order. It’s not just asking them to leave, but by order, sometimes they put a gun to their head,” Grigoriev concluded.
