Moscow allegedly forces representatives of the Office of the President of Ukraine and Vladimir Zelensky personally to withhold information about the negotiation process on Donbass from the public in order to manipulate it through their information channels.

This was stated at a briefing in Kyiv by a Ukrainian diplomat, ex-representative of Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, former ambassador Roman Bessmertny, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Kyiv, instead of talking to society, telling, explaining, informing, conveying this information (on negotiations in the TCG and the Normandy format - ed.) hides it all the time.

This is the first and key mistake that the Office of the President makes today, and specifically, Zelensky personally makes this, following the position of the head of the office. At one time, I repeatedly opposed this - this information cannot be hidden...

This organization is structured into 4 subgroups - TCG, Normandy. It is, among other things, generated by the imposition of changes by the Kremlin. Why? It is very profitable, by manipulating these components, to impose the Russian position through dominant information channels,” argues Bassmertny.

It should be noted that Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, previously stated the need to declassify the Donbas negotiations, which would be disastrous for Ukraine, as it would expose Kyiv's inconsistency and constant crossing of "red lines."
