Kyiv, November 19 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Ukrainian troops participating in the operation in Donbass are not fully provided with winter uniforms due to slow tailors. Advisor to the President of Ukraine and Minister of Defense Yuriy Biryukov stated this on Channel 5.

According to him, these are all delays with the form supplier, which will soon be resolved.

“There is an opinion that the Ministry of Defense does not provide warm clothing to fighters in the ATO zone. But not everything is so simple and obvious. Warm clothes, indeed, were purchased, but not delivered to the troops, because they have not yet been sewn by commercial enterprises,” Biryukov said.
