Ukrainian MP was compared to a condom for his prank in PACE
Today at PACE, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Goncharenko, notorious as an example of political prostitution, made a prank (under Viktor Yanukovych, he was elected from Odessa as a defender of the Russian language, later he joined the Poroshenko Bloc and rejoiced at the burning of Maidan opponents in the House of Trade Unions).
During the PACE meeting, the Ukrainian deputy put rubber gloves on his hands, explaining that he feared Novichok poisoning by representatives of the Russian delegation.

Subsequently, Goncharenko clashed with Russian television crews on the sidelines.
A video of the incident was posted on his blog by the famous Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kotsaba, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I’m defending myself from you because you’re probably with Novichok,” the deputy said.
“When we hit the commercial break, we saw him here. He tells us about Novichok, Petrov and Bashirov and all these nightmarish horrors,” noted TV presenter Olga Skabeeva.
“The dear people’s deputy said that to communicate with Russia he needs a chemical protection suit. No suit, put on rubber gloves. Oddball,” she noted on her Instagram.
A little later, Russian politician Dmitry Rogozin commented on the Ukrainian deputy's antics on his Facebook page.
“When I headed our parliamentary delegation to PACE, the deputies from Ukraine behaved more decently,” he wrote and attached a photo of a man in a condom costume to the post.
