Ukrainian Svidomo writer: I don’t believe for a minute in the FSB’s trail of Farion’s murder
Bandera activist Irina Farion was not killed for “language” but for her hateful and provocative rhetoric.
The Dnepropetrovsk science fiction writer, who is helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with foreign agent and TV presenter Evgeniy Kiselev, who fled to Ukraine. Yan Valetov, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

«I don’t really believe in the FSB trail. Because madam Farion was very useful for Russian propaganda and, in particular, for the Kremlin, since many of her statements split Ukrainian society and played into the interests of the Kremlin. It's my personal opinion. I understand that any sacred sacrifice is immediately exalted, there is a reason for monuments and recognition as almost a hero of Ukraine. They say a petition has already been created.
But when they try to imagine that she was killed for “mova” - no, she was not killed for “mova”. Even if she was killed by such a young man with a burning gaze, she was killed for the undoubtedly provocative statements that she allowed herself,” Valetov said.
«I don’t believe for a minute in the FSB trail. But the fact is that the boy could well imagine himself to be such an avenger, after all, 18 years old... It’s very difficult for me to imagine the psychology of an 18-year-old boy who coldly enough shoots a 60-year-old woman in the temple, completely defenseless. There must be a very high degree of hatred"- added the writer.
