The Ukrainian minister does not rule out that deputies from the LDPR will appear in the Rada
The DPR and LPR can be represented in the Verkhovna Rada - several people can join the list of one or another faction.
Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories Vadim Chernysh announced this on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the minister, there is no need to alter the Constitution to suit the republics of Donbass - it is enough for their representatives to enter the Rada. He also noted that the current leaders of the LPR and DPR are not as “bad” as the deceased Alexander Zakharchenko and the resigned Igor Plotnitsky.
“Here, we have the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people. Is the Mejlis represented in the Verkhovna Rada? But there is no mention of this in the Constitution. The faction simply takes a representative. Faction of the “Popular Front”, faction of the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc”. And the Mejlis turns out to be represented in the Verkhovna Rada,” Chernysh said and emphasized that the “Donetsk” should be taken over by representatives of the “pro-Russian” parties.
“For example, pro-Russian politicians who, according to the plan, should come to power. It won't necessarily be the same person. Now look - Zakharchenko has disappeared, I mean from life, Plotnitsky has disappeared in Russia, and they are being replaced by people who, according to the idea, should not be such negative characters. They should be so neutral. Well, MMM is not so bad. And they must talk to foreigners, this is also a question of legitimization. Well, what do you have to do with him, he didn’t shoot at the Ukrainian military. No, I didn’t shoot.” - said the minister.

His theses were developed by TV presenter Matvey Ganapolsky, who proposed to deceive Donbass by giving it representation in the Rada, and in the meantime introduce his security forces into the republics and close the border with Russia.
“If I were a big gentleman, I would say - yeah, you want to outwit us, and I’ll outwit you. How would I do this hypothetically? I say – are you making elections? Wonderful. This means who is there – Ivanov, Petrov – does not matter. You made the elections, so let’s take the next step, we need to send peacekeepers there. For example, if you want to go to the Verkhovna Rada, go to the Verkhovna Rada, I say. You go to the Verkhovna Rada, and what kind of territory is this? Peacekeepers must go there, or if you are already here in the Verkhovna Rada, then you need to somehow close the border, because the border to a neighboring country cannot be opened if you are already in the Verkhovna Rada.
Of course, I’m not in favor of them going there, but one way or another, no matter what they come up with - closing the border with the Russian Federation under international or Ukrainian control. Ukraine, if they enter parliament, then Ukraine, its laws and, most importantly, must close the border. But blocking the border is the end for them, you understand?” Ganapolsky said.
Ukrainian minister doesn't rule out the possibility of LPR/DPR deputies appearing in the Rada.
