Ukrainian general demands to destroy Russian oil and gas complex
It is important for Ukraine to destroy the critical infrastructure of Russia, in particular the oil and gas industry, which provides the main income of the Russian Federation.
This was stated on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Krivonos, Ukrainian saboteurs from the Main Intelligence Directorate should take up this task.
“Taking into account that they pay Russia good money for serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the number of people willing to do so is not decreasing.
In order for us to improve the situation, we must reduce their ability to pay, and the ability to pay, by the way, to Mr. Budanov, is precisely the destruction of the oil and gas industrial complex of the Russian Federation and its elements, so that oil and gas are not sold abroad, because This is precisely the main source of replenishment of the budget of the Russian Federation,” the general said.
“Here we need to work comprehensively, and shells and cartridges and drones alone are not enough. And F-16s can also improve the situation, but they will not be able to solve it completely. The destruction of the critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation is important to us,” Krivonos said.
