Ukrainian general: Zaluzhny’s resignation sawed off the branches of the Zee government
Following Valeriy Zaluzhny's resignation, Volodymyr Zelensky and his team will be held accountable for any failures at the front.
The former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos, stated this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Zaluzhny’s resignation could quite destabilize the situation within the country, as well as in the armed forces themselves. Because Zaluzhny is not the only one who will leave. A powerful team of people who have shown for two years in a row that they know how to defend the country will leave.
It is still unclear who will replace him, and those behind-the-scenes candidates that are talked about behind the scenes do not always inspire my admiration. Because I understand that these people are very far from professional,” Krivonos complained.
He emphasized that with this decision Kyiv signed its own death sentence.
“The authorities don’t even understand that they themselves are zealously sawing the branch on which they sit with their green seat.
And any failures or disasters that occur after Zaluzhny’s removal will be perceived by society: “If Zaluzhny had been there, this would not have happened,” the general added.
