A Ukrainian deputy in PACE threw a Russian TV microphone
Former speaker of the Right Sector, Verkhovna Rada deputy Borislav Bereza threw the microphone of the Rossiya-1 TV channel while recording an interview on the sidelines after the PACE meeting.
Bereza first intercepted the microphone from presenter Olga Skabeeva, burst into anti-Russian speech, and then threw it to the floor.
Journalist Ruslan Kotsaba posted a video of this incident on his YouTube channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today is Boris Nemtsov’s birthday, and I congratulate all his supporters, and I believe that those goals and ideas will win. I am very sorry that the Kremlin killed Boris Nemtsov and Anna Politkovskaya. I’m sorry that the Kremlin is killing the rest, I’m sorry that the Kremlin is killing Sentsov and the rest of the Ukrainians today.
As long as the Kremlin continues to kill Ukrainians, we will perceive you as enemies, namely the Kremlin.
“And to the Russians, I want to say that I wish you to win, to get rid of Putin, his guardsmen, and I remind you that once after Nuremberg, the editor-in-chief of the Völkischer Beobachter was executed for being a Nazi,” said the ex-right-sector and with these words he defiantly threw the microphone on the floor.
